   I decided to give this a try on the recommendation of Jamie Geer of Jambo pits. Good decent sauce very similar to Head Country. I cut it about 30/70 with Cimarron Docs and most sauce users really liked it.
   I am still one of those who thinks the meat should be able to stand on its own unless you're doing leftovers
