It has a wang to it so if you don't like the vinegar sauces look elsewhere. I'm very impressed with all of the Blues Hog sauces, the original and competition blend are awesome too.

Like it's cousin original blues hog sauce the Tennessee read is in your face intense Some outstanding flavor profiles in it though. I like to either cut it down or add it to others and it gives it a flavor that no one can put their finger on. Blue and red mixed together with Worsestershire and whatever else you like makes a pretty good sauce
