Sweet with a little heat!

Great sauce! First you taste the sweet then there's just a kick of heat after. I purchased this to use as a glaze over ham. I mixed this with apple jelly and reduced it down then glazed a ham that I smoked on the Big Green Egg. Best Christmas ham ever! I was worried it might be too much heat for the northerners but everyone loved it! Thanks for a great product Blues Hog and thanks Texas BBQ Emporium for getting it to me safely and quickly!
